Overview

Our mission at OnlySupps is to provide premium fuel at warehouse prices. To keep our overhead low and our prices unbeatable, we maintain a strict 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your supplement tub, shaker, or accessory must be:

  • Unused and Unopened: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any supplement (Whey, Pre-workout, Creatine, etc.) where the inner heat seal has been broken or tampered with.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original container and outer branding.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation from OnlySupps.net is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods are exempt from being returned due to health, safety, and perishability:

  • Perishable Goods: Individual protein bars, snacks, or drinks.
  • Personal Care: Opened shaker cups or water bottles (for sanitary reasons).
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Flash Sale” are final.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification.
  2. Approval/Rejection: We will notify you if your refund is approved based on the condition of the seal and packaging.
  3. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. Processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have no update, please reach out via our Contact Us page.


Exchanges & Damaged Goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If your whey tub arrives cracked or a shaker is broken, email us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement of the same item.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Your Return

  • Address: To return your product, please contact us first for the correct return warehouse address.
  • Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your total.
  • Protection: If you are returning items over £50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
